The 2013 COLLOQUY Loyalty Awards took place today at the 11th Annual COLLOQUY Loyalty Summit in Dallas, Texas. Caesars, Walgreens, Citi and Hertz are among the winners. The Loyalty Awards are a tip-of-the-hat to the most clever and effective loyalty strategies in practice.
COLLOQUY introduced the awards in 2010 to recognize the most innovative loyalty strategies in practice. This year, COLLOQUY awarded initiatives in seven categories, plus the Master of Enterprise Loyalty Award, which exemplifies the best use of customer insights to benefit both the consumer and the organization.
